Returns + Cancellation

TEXTILE PRODUCTS

Each piece is made to order and we want to ensure that all our customers receive products that are allergen free. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on any of our textile products. For your convenience, we do offer swatch samples of our fabrics which you can request to help you decide on your final order.  

All products are hand packed and carefully inspected before they are shipped out for quality control purposes. If for some reason you believe that your delivery is defective or has been damaged, please contact us upon receipt so that we can do our best to help you remedy the problem.

Please keep in mind that all the textile products on Shop Tafui are hand made and due to this there may be slight variations in colour and design. If you are ordering multiples we do our best to make sure the pieces match as closely as possible for you.

ART PRINTS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your print, you may exchange your purchase if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your print. Please note that we can not cover the cost of shipping.

Personalized or Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
