SHIPPING
Shipping is often one of the most difficult areas for companies to keep waste to a minimum. At Shop Tafui we inspect and carefully hand pack all the orders in our studio. We reuse materials from incoming shipments and recycle all plastic. All unusable boxes are composted or recycled.
To protect our products from the elements during shipping, waxed paper is used. At Shop Tafui we are constantly looking for the best eco-friendly options for this and all other packaging components.
Art Prints are shipped between two rigid boards and then wrapped with card board.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Only orders over $100 are sent with a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email.
Domestic
All orders are sent using Canada Post.
The art prints are shipped without a tracking number while the textile pieces are shipped with a tracking number.
Once the order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you with all the necessary details including your tracking number and estimated arrival date.
We ask that you double check your mailing address while making your order as we cannot be held responsible for any missing or lost items if the order has been carrier-confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
International
We do ship internationally, upon request. If you are an international customer, please email us so we can provide you with a shipping quote as the pricing listed on the website are for North American orders exclusively.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays in delivery. We are not responsible for any additional costs and/or delays.
SPECIAL OCCASIONS
If your order is for a special occasion, eg. a birthday gift, and you require it to be delivered by a certain date, please let us know via email or leave a special note with your order. Make sure to include all the relevant information and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
